Welcome to the Sandy Shore Community, nestled along the pristine shores of Lake Wallenpaupack in Paupack Township, Pennsylvania. Our community is a year-round haven for approximately 200 property owners, including year-round residents, seasonal homeowners, retirees, and lot owners. Rooted in family values, our neighborhood is a close-knit, family-oriented community.

Lakeside living comes with amenities that enrich our residents' lives. Our lakefront common area is a shared gathering space, complete with a pavilion, community kitchen, and well-appointed restrooms for added convenience. A dedicated swim dock offers days of aquatic enjoyment, while a hardtop basketball court and ball field provide space for friendly competition. Our kiddy playground brings laughter and joy to the youngest residents, and boat docks — accessible through Locust Grove membership — open the door to boating adventures on the lake.

Beyond our amenities, we take pride in our vibrant community life. An extensive seasonal calendar keeps residents engaged with events throughout the year, and our quarterly newsletter keeps everyone informed. Our community is also connected to several affiliated organizations: SSPOA, Locust Grove, and Sandy Shore Water Company.
